Octopi Brewing marked its 10th anniversary by inviting the Waunakee community to join in with the celebrations at its Taproom on the 13th September.
Octopi, now part of Asahi Beer USA, opened in 2015 as a contract beverage production facility. It has grown year on year and currently employs over 250 employees. An important feature of the site is the Taproom, which during the Summer months, hosts live music and delivers a food and beverage option that includes beers that are brewed on site, like Japan’s No.1 beer Asahi Super Dry.
“It was fantastic to have over 250 employees and people from our local community joining us to commemorate this special day, says Paul Verdu, Managing Director Asahi Beer USA. “We have to thank all our employees - past and present, Taproom customers, contract manufacturing clients and partners for the last decade of collaboration and success.”
Patrons were treated to an afternoon of live music, games, face painting and a special anniversary brew release.
“We’re proud to have served the Waunakee community over past ten years and we’re looking forward to doing it for many more!” says Paul.
